Sharing Your Feedback
The State Hospital values all types of feedback as it helps us to improve the services we provide, and therefore your experience and that of others matters. You are encouraged to share feedback – positive and negative.
We will always try to ensure that your visit is a positive experience, however should you have any issues, or indeed suggestions and ideas to help improve the visit experience, we would like to hear from you.
The best way to raise any issues is to do this with the Nurse in Charge at the time of your visit who will endeavour to resolve these as quickly as possible. However, we understand that this may be difficult for some people to do in person or via the telephone. For this reason, there are a number of other ways you can share your feedback.
1. Complete our online Stakeholder Feedback Form
